Self-suspension is an art that combines many different disciplines into one physical expression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aerial dance, rope bondage, art installation, yoga \u2013 all of these for the core, but there is much more that can be included in shibari bondage and self-suspension art. There are as many different reasons why people begin to tie, and as many styles of self-tying\/self-suspension as there is individuals who practice this form of art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During these classes I will do my best to share as much of my personal experience as possible: from the time when I was a rope-model and about 12+ years of my self-suspension journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Respectful, supportive and friendly behaviour is essential. Therer’s no space to abuse or discrimination in this class.
